Over 3,500 opticians and other optical professionals in all fifty states partner with New Eyes for the Needy to provide eyeglasses to Americans in need. This partnership is essential to the success of our program. Optical dispensers provide eyeglasses to those we assist at affordable prices so that New Eyes can help as many needy Americans as possible.

Dispensers also collect used eyeglasses and donate them to New Eyes for distribution to poor people in developing nations.

For the past ten years, New Eyes for the Needy has received active support from Pearle Vision Stores and the Pearle Vision Foundation in the form of grants and the donation of hundreds of thousands of used glasses. Since its acquisition by Luxottica in 2005, Luxottica's Give the Gift of Sight Foundation has graciously continued to donate over 150,000 pairs of used eyeglasses to New Eyes for distribution overseas.
